Sara Rue has fantastic legs that she’s worked hard for. People know Sara Rue as an American television actress and was first known to many as the sassy, pithy Carmen Ferrara on the WB television series Popular, all about the in crowd and the out crowd at a semi-normal American high school. She also played Claude Casey along with an ensemble cast on Less Than Perfect. Sara looks incredible and has a tight and toned figure now, but she didn’t always look that way! She was born to the name Sara Schlackman in the not so small town of New York City to parents who were former actresses and her father, a stage manager. Both were active in Broadway, and Sara began acting at nine when she appeared in Rocket Gibraltar, a 1988 film starring Kevin Spacey. She also played young Roseanne on the sitcom Roseanne in a flashback scene. She has since gone on to star in the comedy Grand as well as Phenom, Zoe, Duncan, Minor Adjustments, Jack & Jane, ER, Popular, The Division, and Less Than Perfect.
Rue has also acted in feature films that include A Map Of The World, Can’t Hardly Wait, 
Gypsy 83, A Slipping Down Life, and the Mike Judge critically acclaimed cult classic hit Idiocracy. She was also in The Ring as the babysitter and Michael Bay’s Pearl Harbor. Rue did the 2006 stage musical Little Egypt at the Matrix Theatre in LA and also guest starred on Two And A Half Men as well as The Big Bang Theory, where she had a three episode run playing Leonard’s girlfriend. Rue also appeared in the movies For Christ’s Sake and Man Maid in 2009 as well as the television series Eastwick, which was based off the novel and the movie The Witches Of Eastwick.
Rue started to diet more and in December 2009 she was announced as the new spokesperson for weight loss company Jenny Craig. She went on to diet successfully, losing fifty pounds, shedding the weight and gaining a new figure as well as running a half marathon. Rue looked great after going on the diet and she continues to look better and better with a tight body and legs that are toned and sexy. Rue appears to be living it up in her new figure, wearing flattering, body hugging outfits and high heels for her new, pumped up glamorous look. Rue went on to guest star on Malibu Country and got the role of Deb Dorfman for the 2012 movie Dorfman In Love. Sara Rue may keep starring in films and television, but the real star of the show are those legs. One things for sure: Rue can hang with us any time.
