Katy Perry and Baptiste Giabiconi Enjoy private dinner Via Eurostar train

It seems as if those Katy Perry and Baptiste Giabiconi dating rumors are true. Celebuzz is reporting that they got some exclusive dish on Katy’s rumored new beau.

Katy Perry cuddled up to Chanel model Baptiste Giabiconi during a private dinner aboard the EuroStar train from London to Paris on March 19 — and only Celebuzz has the world exclusive photos.

In a move that is bound to spark further talk about a hot new romance, the pair gazed over a cell phone during the two hour trip on the high-speed railway service between the two cities.

Baptiste, 22, and the 27-year-old pop beauty — sporting bright blue hair and transparent lace top — were “very, very cute together,” an onlooker told Celebuzz, exclusively.

Katy looked smitten as she smiled and touched hands with the muscular model, who has been the face of Chanel since 2008, when Karl Lagerfeld proclaimed him as his muse.

The pair also whispered to each other and chatted with friends who were travelling as part of their entourage.

“They very much looked like a couple,” the onlooker told Celebuzz.

The dinner date came 14 months after Baptiste admitted in an interview: “If I could make her (Katy) divorce her husband, I’d marry her.”

First of all, this either is a staged photo op or a photo shot by Perry’s creeper “friend” Markus Molinari because seriously who gets a direct shot of Katy from straight across the got damned table playing with an electronic device as her beau looks on. Mmmhmmm. I highly doubt any paps, fans or other unruly peeps are allowed in Katy’s train car.

Anyone else smell that?

I can smell a PR ploy from a mile away. Eye roll.

Spider Web of Stars
NASA – Looking like a spider’s web swirled into a spiral, Galaxy IC 342 presents its delicate pattern of dust in this image from NASA’s Spitzer Space Telescope. Seen in infrared light, faint starlight gives way to the glowing bright patterns of dust found throughout the galaxy’s disk.

At a distance of about 10 million light-years, IC 342 is relatively close by galactic standards, however our vantage point places it directly behind the disk of our own Milky Way. The intervening dust makes it difficult to see in visible light, but infrared light penetrates this veil easily. IC 342 belongs to the same group as its even more obscured galactic neighbor, Maffei 2.

IC 342 is nearly face-on to our view, giving a clear, top-down view of the structure of its disk. It has a low surface brightness compared to other spirals, indicating a lower density of stars (seen here as a blue haze). Its dust structures show up much more vividly (red). Blue dots are stars closer to us, in our own Milky Way.

New stars are forming in the disk at a healthy rate. The very center glows especially brightly in the infrared, highlighting an enormous burst of star formation occurring in this tiny region. To either side of the center, a small bar of dust and gas is helping to fuel this central star formation.

Can’t say I know much about Katrina Bowden. Saw these photos of her making her way down a movie premiere red carpet and thought she had nice legs. Her short blue dress is certainly high on her thighs. She could have done a much better job of choosing more appealing heels. The heels on her gold pumps are too short for any reasonable sex appeal. She should have worn a pair of strappy 4″ sandals or maybe a 5″ platform patent pump.

Forget Passwords, Program IDs Your Keystrokes Instead

Human’s aren’t meant to remember passwords with a bunch of pound signs or other nonsensical symbols. Although, cryptic passwords are great for security purposes, they’re not so great for the humans trying to remember them. And we have plenty to remember.

DARPA announced on Monday that it is looking into the feasibility of getting computers to recognize users by the way they type, rather then having to enter a password.

Richard Guidorizzi, DARPA program manager, gave a talk in 2010 called “Beyond Passwords.” He explained that creating passwords that are easy to remember is bad for personal security. He said keystroke identification would make computers adapt to humans, rather than the other way around.

“Active Authentication” as it’s being called, aims to make how you type your identifying feature. The authentication process, Guidorizzi says, would happen in the background while the computer user goes about their business.

Roy Maxion, a research professor of computer science at Carnegie Mellon University, says such a program might recognize the length of time a user presses the keys. Since typing is a motor skills connected to our subconscious, it would be unlikely that someone could impersonate a particular person’s typing pattern.

A study at Pace University showed a similar program that identifies users by keystroke patterns was 99.5% accurate.

The downside of such a program is that it would require continuous monitoring to verify the same person was using the computer.

Audrina Patridge stopped by the Curve Appeal and Maxim event in Panama City, Florida on March 14th, 2012 looking fit and fabulous. Audrina was there in Florida to the delight of thousands of spring breakers and she definitely got the party started as a host of a Booty Shake Dance contest sponsored by the fragrance brand on the Maxim stage. Yeah, you read that right. A Booty shake contest. Nice.

In addition, the reality television star, model and brand ambassador of the Curve Appeal for men fragrance encouraged party goers to compete in games for Curve Appeal prizes, distribute Curve Appeal samples and facilitate entry into the Curve Appeal Model Experience Contest for a chance to win a VIP trip to NYC.

Sounds like a fab time and did I mention that Audrina looks fiercely fit! Get it, girl!
